PrivyIoT Ltd is committed to making its digital services accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standard as a matter of best practice.
Scope
This statement covers the website and web applications operated by PrivyIoT Ltd.
How accessible our services are
We follow recognised accessibility practice across our services, including:
- All form inputs are labelled programmatically so screen readers can identify each field
- Interactive elements are keyboard-navigable with visible focus indicators
- Colour is never the sole means of conveying information
- Important updates are announced automatically to assistive technology
Known limitations
- Some visual content does not yet have a full keyboard or screen-reader equivalent. The same information is available in text form, or from us on request.
- We have not yet conducted testing with assistive technology users. We intend to do so ahead of commercial launch.

Enforcement
PrivyIoT Ltd is a private-sector company. The Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations 2018 do not apply to us. However, we have a duty under the Equality Act 2010 to make reasonable adjustments for disabled users. If you believe we have not met this duty, you may contact the Equality and Human Rights Commission.
Technical information
This statement was prepared on the basis of an internal review carried out in June 2026. We intend to commission an independent WCAG 2.1 AA audit before commercial launch and to publish the results.
